The best destinations start selling the experience long before anyone arrives. OTX is the premier Texas Hill Country Experience, a venue near Bandera, Texas, whose setting, facilities, and attention to detail make it a natural home for retreats, weddings, and groups as large as 500. Camp OTX fills each summer with 75+ activities across 60 acres of forested hills. WWC, a Houston marketing and technology agency, designed the visual brand for OTX, Camp OTX, and Hunt OTX, then designed and built the website with e-commerce and SEO at its core, and continues to create and implement advertising campaigns for the camp. A singular property now has a unified brand family and a website that carries its character online.
A destination this layered is hard to sell in pieces. OTX had the setting and the standards of the Hill Country's premier experience, and 3 distinct offerings built on the same land, a year-round venue for retreats and weddings, a summer camp for kids and teens, and guided hunts. Each needed its own identity without fragmenting the whole, and all of it needed a digital home capable of turning interest into bookings. OTX asked WWC to design the visual brand for OTX, Camp OTX, and Hunt OTX, build the website, and drive Camp OTX enrollment through ongoing advertising.
WWC created a visual brand system that unites OTX, Camp OTX, and Hunt OTX while letting each speak to its own audience, from couples planning a wedding to families choosing a summer camp. The identity carries into a website designed and built by WWC on WordPress, structured for search so each experience surfaces for the people looking for it, and equipped with e-commerce so booking happens the moment interest peaks. Behind it, HubSpot supports the marketing operation, and WWC continues to create and implement the advertising campaigns that put Camp OTX in front of families each season.
Demand tells the story. Camp OTX runs 10 weeks of summer sessions, and waitlists now begin forming before the season starts. The engagement has grown into a lasting partnership, with WWC continuing to create and implement the camp's advertising year after year, and one brand family now carrying the ranch, the camp, and the hunt. More importantly, the work lets the OTX experience begin online, with the same attention to detail families find when they arrive in the Hill Country.
