This policy explains what Whole Wheat Creative (“WWC”) collects through wholewheatcreative.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. Work we perform for clients is governed by our agreement with that client.

What we collect
When you contact us
Our contact forms ask for your name, email address, and a message. Company name and phone number are optional. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch. That is the entire set. We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything more sensitive.
When you simply browse
Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful and where visitors come from. It sets cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. We use it in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
What we do not do
This site has no comments, no visitor accounts, no newsletter signup, and no file uploads. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not buy contact lists.
Cookies
Two kinds, and that is all:
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, described above. If you would rather not be measured, browser-level tracking protection or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on will block them, and the site works normally without them.
- An authentication cookie set only when a member of the WWC team signs in to the private admin area. Visitors never receive it.
Who processes your data
We keep the number of parties deliberately small. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Server logs.
- Supabase — the database and file storage behind the site. Contact form submissions are stored here.
- Resend — sends us an email notification when a form is submitted, so your enquiry reaches a person.
- Google Analytics — website measurement, as described above.
Embedded content, such as a video from Vimeo on a project page, is delivered by that provider and behaves as though you had visited their site directly. Those providers may set their own cookies and collect their own data, governed by their policies rather than this one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship they started, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule for our property. Server logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@wwcpro.com and we will respond. There is no charge, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific statutory rights over personal data, such as the EU, the UK, or California, those rights apply and we will honour them. Tell us which framework you are asking under and we will handle it on that basis.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Contact submissions are written to a database that is not publicly readable, and the private admin area is restricted to named WWC staff accounts. No system is perfect, but we keep the surface small and the number of third parties low, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle enquiry data will be described here rather than made quietly.
