The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS) is dedicated to the highest level of education and research.
The expansion of GSBS programs and resources over recent years has forced the accommodation of additional content within the site’s original design. As a result, information is not easily found. Content is not presented in a way that is inviting to read. GSBS engaged WWC to solve these problems.

- Guides current students to the information they are seeking easily, quickly, and efficiently
- Design optimal mobile experience
METHODOLOGY
WWC conducted research involving stakeholder interviews, student focus groups, and surveys. In addition, heat mapping technology was installed on the existing site to record real-world usage. This data was used to create prototypes and conduct A/B testing with the target audience groups.
RESULTS
After numerous iterations and feedback, the new site was launched. The response was overwhelmingly positive by both current students and faculty. Six months post-launch, additional testing was conducted to confirm goals were met.
