Incorta Dashboard Integration
Incorta reads the ERP directly. Its Direct Data Mapping approach skips the usual extract, transform and load cycle and queries source systems like Oracle at transaction level, which is why an Incorta dashboard can show this morning rather than last night's batch. WWC puts those dashboards where people already work, inside the intranet, rather than behind another login most staff never use.

What WWC delivers
Live numbers, not last night's batch
Direct Data Mapping bypasses the ETL pipeline and reads the source, so a dashboard reflects the state of the business now. In a supply chain operation that is the difference between quoting on stock you hold and stock you sold yesterday.
Transaction level detail preserved
Nothing is pre-aggregated on the way in, so a number on a dashboard can be opened all the way down to the individual transaction behind it without leaving for another system.
Surfaced where people already are
We embed Incorta dashboards into the intranet and the applications staff use daily. Analytics that require remembering a second tool get looked at monthly. Analytics on the page you already open get looked at every morning.
Oracle ERP as the source
Incorta is strongest against exactly the systems that are hardest to report on. We have connected it to Oracle ERP for an energy supply chain business running roughly a billion dollars of accessible inventory.
Access that matches the org chart
Dashboard visibility follows the same role model as the rest of the intranet, so commercial numbers are not one careless link away from the whole company.

Common questions
How is this different from a normal BI tool?
Most BI sits on top of a warehouse that somebody loads on a schedule, so you are always looking at a copy. Incorta reads the source directly, which removes both the delay and the argument about whose number is right.
Do we need a data warehouse first?
No, and avoiding that is much of the appeal. Direct Data Mapping is designed to remove the ETL and warehousing step rather than sit behind it.
Can it sit inside our intranet?
Yes. That is how we usually deploy it, embedded in SharePoint so the dashboard is part of somebody's normal day instead of a separate destination.
Does everyone see the same dashboard?
Only if you want them to. Visibility is driven by role, the same way the rest of the intranet is.
