Common questions
We already have SharePoint and nobody uses it. Why would this be different?
Because the problem is almost never SharePoint. It is that the intranet holds documents instead of answers. When the page shows a person their live numbers, their approvals and their tasks, they open it daily without being told to.
Do we have to migrate off what we have?
No. This is built on the SharePoint tenancy you already pay for, alongside what is already there.
Can it show data from our ERP?
Yes, and that is usually the point. We have connected SharePoint intranets to Oracle ERP data surfaced through Incorta dashboards, live rather than exported.
Who can see what?
Whatever your role model says. Access is designed with you up front, because retrofitting permissions onto an intranet already in use is far more painful than defining them first.
