Community Brochures

A brochure system, not a brochure. One press printed shell carries the brand across 20+ UnionMain communities in Texas and Georgia, while floorplans, sitemaps and sales associate details print on demand so every book is current the day it is handed over.

A homebuilder's brochure has to do two jobs that pull against each other. It has to look like the brand in every community, and it has to carry information that is different in every community and changes constantly: which plans are offered, which lots are still available, and who the buyer actually talks to. Print one book for all of it and it is out of date before it ships.

WWC built a system rather than a brochure. More than 20 communities across Texas and Georgia share one press printed shell, so the brand pages, the community story and the amenity spreads hold the same production quality everywhere. The pages that change are print on demand: floorplans with all three elevations and full room dimensions, the community sitemap showing what is still available, and the sales associate's own contact details. Each community gets a book that is accurate on the day it is handed to a buyer.

The system runs across more than 20 communities in two states. Adding a community means new plan pages and a new sitemap, not a new brochure and not a new design.
