Traction Rec1
Traction Rec Website Integration
Traction Rec is the member and program management platform built natively on Salesforce for community centres, JCCs and YMCAs, running membership, program registration, camp and childcare on one record. WWC has built a complete Traction Rec integration, connecting the platform to the public website so members register, book and manage a household without ever leaving the brand they came for.
Traction Rec
What WWC delivers
A complete integration, already built
Not a link out to a portal. WWC has built the full connection between Traction Rec and the public website, so programs, availability and registration live on the organisation's own domain and inside its own design.
Registration where the member already is
Program, camp and membership registration surfaced on the site itself rather than handing a member to a separate portal URL mid-task. The break between marketing site and registration system is where most abandonment happens.
Live program and availability data
Sessions, seasons, capacity and pricing read from Traction Rec, so the website shows what is actually open instead of a page somebody has to remember to update.
Salesforce certified
The Salesforce side is handled in house by a certified Salesforce developer, so the integration is built against the platform properly rather than bolted onto it.
Authenticated member experience
Sign in, household management, registration history and balances presented in the organisation's own design, with Salesforce remaining the system of record.

Common questions
Have you actually built this before?
Yes. WWC has built a complete Traction Rec integration, not a proof of concept and not a link to a hosted portal.
Do we have to replace Traction Rec?
No. Traction Rec and Salesforce stay exactly as they are. The work is on the website side, connecting the public experience to the platform already running the organisation.
Who does the Salesforce work?
A certified Salesforce developer on the WWC team, in house rather than subcontracted.
Why not just link out to the portal?
That is what most sites do, and it is where members drop. Sending someone from your brand to a vendor URL in the middle of a registration is a seam they have to decide to cross.
