Website
A community centre serving 20,000 people needs a website that behaves like a front door, not a brochure. WWC builds and maintains the web presence for one of the largest JCCs in the country, across a campus and two preschools.
The J is not one organisation with one audience. It is a fitness centre, an aquatics programme, a gymnastics and tennis academy, an arts and culture venue, a preschool network, a senior programme and a summer camp, all sharing one building and one name. Every one of those has its own season, its own audience and its own registration cycle. The website had to hold all of it without asking a parent looking for camp dates to wade through pickleball schedules.
WWC built and maintains erjcchouston.org, organising the J's full programme catalogue into four navigable worlds: Health and Wellness, Arts and Culture, Jewish Life and Learning, and Children and Families. The site carries programme detail, facility hours, event promotion and giving, and it sits alongside the Salesforce and Traction Rec platform the J uses to run membership, registration and camp.
The J serves roughly 20,000 individuals across one campus and two preschools. Its Traction Rec implementation moved about a million dollars of summer camp registration online, with 100 percent of registrations completed digitally and 95 percent processed on registration day, freeing twenty staff members who had previously been entering paper forms by hand.
