Learning Module
Training only works when people actually use it. BP, one of the world's leading oil and gas companies, supplies fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, lubricants, and petrochemicals to customers around the world, with operations in more than 60 countries. At that scale, keeping a workforce aligned on critical knowledge is an operational challenge, not an afterthought. WWC developed a training module and lecture series for BP, an app development and user experience engagement built with Flutter and MongoDB. The work turned BP's training content into a clear, structured learning experience, a modern digital tool for developing people across the company.

Consistency is the hardest thing to teach. BP operates in more than 60 countries, and the knowledge that keeps that operation running has to reach people the same way, wherever they work. Static materials and one-time lectures rarely hold up across an organization that size. BP asked WWC to develop a training module and lecture series, a digital learning experience that could present structured content clearly and meet the standard of a global operation.
WWC built the training module and lecture series as a focused digital learning tool for BP, presenting content drawn from the company's leading scientists and engineers across a range of topics. User experience design shaped how that material unfolds, structuring the series so learners always know where they are and what comes next. Built in Flutter, the application delivers a consistent experience on iOS, Android, web, and BP's internal devices from a single codebase, with MongoDB managing the course content behind it. The platform is organized around the learner rather than the lecture hall, making training easier to deliver, easier to follow, and easier to maintain.
Deployment is where training tools usually fail, and this one did not. Rolled out to BP employees, the platform saw high adoption and is used globally, carrying lectures from the company's leading scientists and engineers to a workforce spread across more than 60 countries on whatever device is at hand. More importantly, knowledge that once lived in a lecture hall now travels with the operation, which is the only place training ever mattered.
