WWC partnered with DealCo to execute a strategic social media campaign that highlighted the unique character and versatility of DealCo’s office and creative workspaces. The campaign leveraged short-form video content to capture the attention of Houston’s creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and startups seeking inspiring environments within the city’s most iconic adaptive re-use developments. Filmed across several of DealCo’s signature properties—including repurposed industrial buildings and restored historic structures—the videos showcased the vibrant community, walkable surroundings, and thoughtfully designed interiors that define the DealCo brand. Each piece of content was optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook to maximize reach and engagement, presenting DealCo not just as a landlord, but as a curator of creative culture in Houston’s urban core.
