Some developers build new. Dealco restores what Houston already has. A nationally recognized leader in adaptive re-use development and co-developer of Sawyer Yards, the multi-block creative campus home to more than 600 tenants and 400 local artists, Dealco transforms historic industrial and commercial spaces into retail, loft office, residential, and creative work environments. WWC designed and built a new website that carries both sides of that identity, historic legacy and modern innovation. AppFolio integration streamlines property management, advanced commercial and residential search tools let visitors explore available spaces, and interactive maps and historic timelines put each building in context. HubSpot Sales Workspace captures and tracks every lead, and each property connects to Google My Business to strengthen local visibility. Built on a scalable, user-friendly framework, the site lets Dealco showcase its properties and keep telling the story of Houston's urban core.

Restoration is one craft. Presentation is another. Dealco has spent decades restoring Houston's historic industrial and commercial buildings, co-developing Sawyer Yards and earning national recognition as a leader in adaptive re-use development. The company's site needed stronger content and user experience, with a sharper focus on putting properties and availability in front of prospective tenants wherever they search, from search engines to LLMs. Dealco asked WWC to design and build a site that tells the story of its properties, gives the leasing team direct connections to the systems that run the business, and turns interest into tracked, actionable leads.

WWC built a WordPress website that treats each property as a story worth telling. Interactive maps and historic timelines showcase the portfolio and the heritage behind each building, while advanced commercial and residential search tools help visitors filter availability and find the right space fast. A direct AppFolio integration streamlines property management, HubSpot Sales Workspace captures and tracks every inquiry so the leasing team can act on it, and individual Google My Business connections strengthen each property's presence in local search. WWC also created landing pages for the districts where Dealco holds assets, including Sawyer Yards, EaDo, the East End, the Warehouse District, and Midtown, all on a scalable framework the Dealco team can grow.

Web traffic increased 300% after launch, and inbound leads rose with it. One platform now connects Dealco's marketing, leasing, and property management, with AppFolio streamlining operations, HubSpot capturing and tracking every lead, and per-property Google My Business connections strengthening local search visibility. Prospective tenants explore the full portfolio through search tools, interactive maps, and historic timelines. More importantly, the site gives one of Houston's most storied adaptive re-use developers a digital presence equal to the buildings it restores.
