"10 Years" Campaign
Trust is the whole product in home services. John Moore has spent decades earning it. Family-owned since 1965, the company has grown from a Houston plumbing outfit into a full home repair and maintenance operation, covering air conditioning, electrical, and more, and investing deeply in its people and services to make both the measure of the industry. For "10 Years," a campaign named for the company's 10-year warranty offer, WWC produced television advertising that puts that investment on screen. The spots feature a few of the services John Moore offers, but the real subject is the people. Real John Moore employees appear throughout, giving customers concrete reasons to trust the brand, personable, professional, and committed to standing behind the work they do. Extended across broadcast, streaming, and social, the campaign turns a service company's strongest asset, the people it hires, into its most persuasive advertising.
Reputation does not advertise itself. John Moore has been fixing Houston homes for generations, growing from a family plumbing company into one of the region's most established home services brands, with deep investment in its people and its craft. But in a category crowded with lookalike contractors and interchangeable claims, that investment stays invisible unless someone shows it. John Moore asked WWC to build a television campaign that would make the case for the brand, not with slogans but with proof, a 10-year warranty offer and the real people who stand behind it.
WWC created the "10 Years" television campaign around the people who actually do the work. Real John Moore employees carry the spots, walking viewers through a few of the services the company offers and showing the personable, professional attitude customers experience on every job. Each spot lands on the promise that gives the campaign its name, a 10-year warranty from a company committed to standing behind what it does. WWC then ran the campaign across broadcast and streaming throughout the Houston Metro and adapted the spots for social channels, so one production could reach homeowners wherever they watch.
The campaign increased awareness for John Moore and drove more calls and online bookings, proof that a believable face outperforms a borrowed one. It is one of multiple television projects WWC has produced for the brand, alongside the "Don" broadcast spots, evidence of a relationship that outlasted a single campaign. More importantly, the work reinforced the trust a family-owned Houston company has spent decades building, with the most credible spokespeople available, the employees themselves.
