Website
A homebuilder's website is its first model home. Newmark Homes, the Houston builder behind The New Mark of Excellence, constructs award-winning, energy-efficient homes in communities across Houston and Austin, from the $200s to more than $1 million. WWC, a Houston marketing and technology agency, redesigned Newmark's complete online sales experience, a responsive real estate web design project developed on WordPress and integrated with Salesforce. The site presents Newmark's communities and homes clearly at every screen size, with home search and filtering tools that let buyers find the right fit, and the Salesforce connection moves inquiries straight into the sales process. The website anchors a relationship that has spanned multiple years, extending to interactive kiosks in Newmark's design center and digital and traditional advertising. For a builder competing across 2 major Texas markets, the site turns online research into a clear path toward a sales conversation.
Homebuyers shop online long before they visit a model home. Newmark Homes had the product, award-winning design and energy-efficient construction across communities in Houston and Austin, but its next buyer was more likely to meet the brand on a phone screen than at a sales office. The builder asked WWC to redesign its complete online sales experience, presenting communities and homes with clarity on any device and connecting online interest directly to its sales team. The goal was straightforward, a digital experience as well built as the homes it sells.
WWC designed and developed a responsive website for Newmark Homes, with layouts that carry cleanly from desktop to mobile and home search and filtering tools that let buyers narrow communities, plans, and price points. WordPress powers the site, giving Newmark's team direct control over pages, communities, and content. The Salesforce integration works 2 ways, feeding inbound leads into the sales team's CRM and connecting with Brix so the site reflects home inventory accurately. Search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization run through the build, tuning the experience to attract buyers and move them toward action. The result serves buyers who want clear information and a sales team that wants leads it can act on.
The redesign moved every number that matters, sales, leads, and traffic all increased after launch. The gains came from the full stack of disciplines WWC brought to the build, SEO to attract buyers, CRO and UI/UX to convert them. The site still runs today as WWC built it, and the relationship kept growing, expanding into interactive kiosks for Newmark's design center and digital and traditional advertising across multiple years. More importantly, it proved that when the online experience is built as carefully as the homes, buyers respond.
