The best advertising says one thing and means two. For The Tanglewood, a boutique condominium community in Houston's Galleria area, WWC created the "Going Up" campaign for the 68-residence property, anchored by magazine advertising and extended across outdoor, collateral, and digital placements. Instead of competing on amenity checklists, the campaign compressed the offer into two words every reader already understood. A high-end sales brochure, bound with Boston bolts so the sales team could customize it for each prospect, carried the story into every conversation. The concept gave The Tanglewood a distinctive voice in a field of towers promising largely interchangeable luxury, and the work earned a Gold Addy. A single page in a magazine became a clear reason to look closer at one Houston address over all the others.
Every luxury property promises the same things. Granite, concierge, location, views. The Tanglewood, an intimate 68-residence building, offered genuine distinction, a classical character in a market defined by glass towers. The challenge was making that distinction register in print, where real estate advertising blurs into sameness. The Tanglewood needed a campaign built on a single memorable idea, one strong enough to stand out on the page and communicate what moving up to the property really means. That was the assignment WWC took on.
WWC answered with "Going Up", a campaign built on a phrase that carries the whole story. The name holds a double meaning, the literal ride up to a private residence and the figurative move up that ownership at The Tanglewood represents. That single idea did the selling, framing the property as a destination rather than a floor plan, and it traveled well, extending from magazine advertising into outdoor, collateral, and digital placements. The centerpiece was a high-end brochure bound with Boston bolts, a construction that let the sales team customize the contents for each prospect. Because the concept lived in one memorable line, every placement reinforced the same identity for The Tanglewood.
The Tanglewood sold out. For a 68-residence property in Houston's competitive Galleria market, that is the only number that matters, every home spoken for. The campaign collected industry recognition along the way, earning a Gold Addy. More importantly, "Going Up" proved that a single well-chosen phrase can outsell a page of features, giving buyers an image of arrival they could picture themselves inside.
