A new community needs a story before it has streets. Three Rivers is a master-planned community in Rome, Georgia, where UnionMain Homes, a builder active across Dallas-Fort Worth and metro Atlanta, is bringing more than 900 homes to the confluence of the Etowah, Oostanaula, and Coosa rivers. WWC designed and developed the community's website, a clean, story-driven experience built on WordPress with HubSpot integration and grounded in SEO and user experience strategy. The site highlights the community's scenic setting, thoughtfully designed floor plans, and resort-style amenities, invites visitors to explore homes starting from the $200s, and connects them directly with UnionMain's sales team to schedule tours or view quick move-in options. Lifestyle perks like the future pool and pickleball courts get their own moment, part of a planned $3 million amenity complex that makes Three Rivers the first community in the Rome area with modern amenities. For a community still taking shape, the site sells the life before the lots.
Every master-planned community launches as a promise. UnionMain Homes builds across Dallas-Fort Worth and metro Atlanta, and Three Rivers marks a major bet on Rome, Georgia, more than 900 homes planned at the meeting point of three rivers, 70 miles northwest of Atlanta. The future pool and pickleball courts were still on the drawing board, so buyers had to see the lifestyle before they could tour it. UnionMain asked WWC to design and develop a website that could carry that promise, tell the community's story, present floor plans clearly, and turn early interest into tours and sales conversations.
WWC designed and developed a clean, story-driven website that puts the setting first, the scenic confluence of three rivers that gives the community its name, then guides visitors through thoughtfully designed floor plans, resort-style amenities, and homes starting from the $200s. User experience decisions keep the path simple. Explore homes, preview lifestyle perks, then connect. Built on WordPress with Elementor, the site stays easy to update as the community grows, while HubSpot integration routes tour requests and quick move-in inquiries directly to UnionMain's sales team. SEO groundwork puts Three Rivers in front of buyers searching for new homes in Rome, Georgia.
A successful launch is the first metric that matters, and Three Rivers cleared it. The website went live alongside the community, and with no prior presence to build on, traffic and lead generation started fresh and started working, feeding tour requests and quick move-in inquiries through HubSpot straight to UnionMain's sales team. More importantly, the site gave the first community in the Rome area with modern amenities a story buyers could act on before the streets were finished.
